This policy explains what personal data we process when you use our website and our ad landing pages, and what rights you have. Please read the section on the Meta Pixel carefully.
1. Controller

2. What data we process
When you create an ad we process the account and ad data you provide (email, business name, ad text, images/videos, your contact channels, budget). When you visit our website or a landing page, our systems automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you view.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to provide our service (creating, reviewing and publishing your ad, operating your business page) and to communicate with you. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning, and measurable service.
4. Meta Pixel and Facebook tracking
Our public landing pages (skyfy.me/b/…) load the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. When you open such a page, it automatically transmits events to Meta: a PageView and a ViewContent event on load, and a Contact event when you click a contact button (for example WhatsApp). In doing so, data such as your IP address, device and browser information, and your interactions with the page are transmitted to Meta and may be processed by Meta, including outside the EU, and combined with your Facebook/Instagram account. We use this only to measure and improve the performance of the ads we run. Important: this happens automatically when the page loads, without a separate consent banner. This is a deliberate decision for our target audience. You can limit this tracking through your browser settings (blocking cookies/scripts) and through your ad and privacy settings in your Facebook/Instagram account. 5. Hosting and service providers
To operate our website and store your data we use technical service providers (hosting, database, email delivery) that process data on our behalf and under contract. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
6. Data sharing
We share your data only where necessary to provide the service (for example with the ad platforms to publish your ad, and with Meta via the Pixel as described above) or where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell your data.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal retention obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights and contact
