How do I pay from Syria?
Currently via Sham Cash or bank transfer. Once you submit your ad, exact payment instructions appear on your status page.
Why does the ad appear via your page and not mine?
Because publishing runs through our ad accounts in Germany. But the ad content is entirely about YOUR business: your name, photos and offer — and the ad leads to your own page, where customers contact you directly.
When do I pay? And what if I don't?
Creating is free. Once you submit, you receive payment instructions right away. After your payment arrives, your ad is reviewed and approved, then it launches. If you don't pay, nothing happens and you owe nothing.
Can I schedule the ad for a specific date?
Yes. When creating it you choose: immediate launch after payment, or a start and end date you set — for example, prepare a Ramadan campaign weeks ahead.
What if my ad isn't accepted?
We review every ad after your payment arrives. If something needs changing or publishing fails, we contact you, refund you, or adjust the ad with you until it runs.
